- RSVP list MUST include:
- Name of birthday celebrant
- Date of event
- First and last name of each and every guest
- If you provide EITHER their email address
OR their cell #, they will receive discounted admission until 11pm (excluding
special events). If no email address or cell # is provided, they will
not receive discounted admission.

- Express Entry.
Free admission for the birthday person all night (the ONE guest that accompanies the birthday person will get in for $5)

- Please download the Excel form GUEST LIST FORM and fill it out with your guest list. Then send the form to dragonflylovesme@dragonflychicago.com.
Add on's to your list will be accepted at the latest by 6pm by email
one day before the date of the event. Please include your orignal list with your add-on's.

Tables are reserved for bottle service only. Bottle service is on a first come first served basis. If you plan on purchasing several bottles (5 or more) please request information on placing a deposit to guarantee seating at sarah@dragonflychicago.com

- Strict Dress Code.
Please let all your guests know that Dragonfly enforces
a strict dress code policy. No gym shoes or shoes that resemble gym
shoes (i.e Steve Madden's, Havana Joes, Prada's, etc. that look like sneakers),
no construction boots, no excessively baggy clothes, no hats and no sports attire. We reserve the
right to refuse anyone whether dressed appropriately or not. Please
make sure to let all your guest know about this strict dress code
to ensure that they all will all get in.
